Same Day Delivery (Monday to Friday)

Please select the date and if you would like a morning or afternoon delivery. The cut off time for a central New Plymouth same day delivery is at 10:30am (on the day of delivery) for a morning delivery, and 1:30pm on the day of delivery (for an afternoon delivery). Due to busy periods, we will try our best to deliver as per your preference. If you require a set time, please tick the sprint delivery option and we will be in touch. 

If your order is for a Taranaki township such as *Bell Block, Waitara, Oakura, Okato, Opunake, Egmont Village, Inglewood, Stratford, Eltham and Hawera our same day delivery cut off  is 9.30am. This is because we use the courier service Aramax. We cannot guarantee a morning or afternoon delivery for this service.

If you place an order on the weekend, your order will likely not be delivered until the Monday.

We offer a reduced delivery fee of $10 to the Taranaki Base Hospital.

Saturday Deliveries for New Plymouth Central

Saturday deliveries likely occur between 10am and 2pm on a Saturday. We cannot guarantee if your flowers will be delivered in the morning or afternoon.

You MUST order your flowers before 4pm on a Friday in order to be eligible for a Saturday delivery.

We sometimes (not guaranteed)  offer Sunday deliveries during busy periods such as Valentines Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas. We do not offer deliveries on a Sunday generally. 

Hours of Delivery

Our team at Simply Blooming hand deliver to central New Plymouth addresses between 10:30am and 2:30pm Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries likely occur between 10am and 12pm on a Saturday. We cannot guarantee if your flowers will be delivered in the morning or afternoon.

If your order is for a Taranaki township such as Bell Block, Waitara, Oakura, Okato, Opunake, Egmont Village, Inglewood, Stratford, Eltham and Hawera we use the courier service Aramax and cannot guarantee a delivery time. 

Specified Time of Delivery (Sprint Run Delivery)

If you require a central New Plymouth delivery at a specified time, an additional fee will be charged on top of the allocated delivery fee. All sprint run requests are treated as a case by case basis. Our team will contact you directly to discuss if we can meet your request and upon acceptance will take additional payment by credit card over the phone.

If Unable to Make Delivery

If we are unable to deliver on the day you have selected, we will make contact with you to inform you of this and provide you with another delivery date. 

If we are unable to make a delivery due to safety issues such as dogs are aggressive, we may need to make contact with the recipient to arrange a collection time/point. An additional delivery fee may apply.

If we are unable to make a delivery due to the wrong address supplied, or confusing delivery instructions an additional delivery fee may also be applied.

Rural Deliveries

Please contact us directly for ANY rural deliveries outside of New Plymouth or outside of any townships throughout Taranaki.

The courier service only delivers in townships and not in remote locations. Rural deliveries can take up a considerable amount of time if one of our staff are to drive to the remote location, therefore an additional fee will be charged if your order is accepted. Upon acceptance we will require the additional fee to be paid by credit card over the phone.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accept your order due to the remote location of some rural addresses. 

Click & Collect Monday to Friday Only

You may order online for a Click and Collect service.  Your order will need to be paid through the website. Please provide a collection time and date at checkout. Please understand that we require at least 1 hours notice for a click and collect order placed online.
