Christmas Delivery Information

New Plymouth Delivery
Please select the date and if you would prefer a morning or afternoon delivery or in-store collection. Due to busy periods, we will try our best to deliver as per your preference, but due to Christmas being a busy period, please understand if we are not able to meet your preferred selection of morning or afternoon. If you nominate a morning time we will endeavor to have your order delivered in the morning, if you nominate an afternoon time, this will be delivered in the afternoon. On Christmas Eve, we will be delivering anytime before 4pm, regardless of your preferred time.
The collection or delivery date and time must be within business trading hours, please give us 1 hour lead time if you wish to select in-store collection.

Taranaki Townships
If your order is for Okato, Opunake, Manaia, Inglewood, Stratford, Eltham and Hawera our same day delivery cut off is 9:45am. If you order is received after this time, it will delivered the following day unless a public holiday. We cannot guarantee a morning or afternoon delivery for this service. This service is Monday to Friday and does not run on public holidays.
Taranaki Base Hospital
We offer a reduced delivery fee of $10 to the Taranaki Base Hospital. Please provide the recipients full name, ward and room number. Please understand that some rooms do not allow flowers, if unsure, please phone the hospital to avoid disappointment.
Rural Deliveries
Please contact us directly for ANY rural deliveries outside of New Plymouth or outside of any townships throughout Taranaki.
The courier service only delivers in townships and not in remote locations. Rural deliveries can take up a considerable amount of time if one of our staff are to drive to the remote location, therefore an additional fee will be charged if your order is accepted. Upon acceptance we will require the additional fee to be paid by credit card over the phone.
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accept your order due to the remote location of some rural addresses.
Specified Time of Delivery (Sprint Run Delivery)
If you require a central New Plymouth delivery at a specified time, sometimes an additional fee will be charged on top of the allocated delivery fee. All sprint run requests are treated as a case by case basis. We do not guarantee an actual specified delivery time unless we have agreed to your request, additional charges may apply. Please call us on 06 769 6619 to avoid disappointment and confirm that we can meet your request.
If Unable to Make Delivery
If we are unable to deliver on the day you have selected, we will make contact with you to inform you of this and provide you with another delivery date.
If we are unable to make a delivery due to safety issues such as dogs, we may need to make contact with the recipient to arrange a collection time/point. An additional delivery fee may apply.
If we are unable to make a delivery due to the wrong address supplied, or confusing delivery instructions an additional delivery fee may also be applied.
