Same Day Delivery (Monday to Friday)

Please select the date and record if you would like a morning or afternoon delivery. The cut off time for a central New Plymouth (same day delivery) is 1:30pm on the day of delivery. We will try our best to deliver as per your preference morning or afternoon.

If you nominate a morning time, this will generally be delivered between 10am and 12pm. If you nominate an afternoon delivery, this will be delivered after 12pm.

If you require a set time, please call us directly on 06 769 6619, we cannot guarantee a specific time unless this has been agreed by us, additional fees may apply in order for us to guarantee this due to staffing. 

We offer a reduced delivery fee of $10 to the Taranaki Base Hospital.

Taranaki Townships

If your order is for a Taranaki township such as *Okato, Opunake, Egmont Village, Inglewood, Stratford, Eltham and Hawera our same day delivery cut off is 9.30am, Monday to Friday. This is because we use the courier service Aramex. We cannot guarantee a morning or afternoon delivery for this service. 

If you place an order on the weekend, your order will not be delivered until the Monday.

If Unable to Make Delivery

If we are unable to deliver on the day you have selected, we will make contact with you to inform you of this and provide you with another delivery date.

If we are unable to make a delivery due to safety issues such as dogs are aggressive, we may need to make contact with the recipient to arrange a collection time/point. An additional delivery fee may apply.

If we are unable to make a delivery due to the wrong address supplied, or confusing delivery instructions an additional delivery fee may also be applied.

Rural Deliveries

Please contact us directly for ANY rural deliveries outside of New Plymouth or outside of any townships throughout Taranaki.

The courier service only delivers in townships and not in remote locations. Rural deliveries can take up a considerable amount of time if one of our staff are to drive to the remote location, therefore an additional fee will be charged if your order is accepted. Upon acceptance we will require the additional fee to be paid by credit card over the phone.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accept your order due to the remote location of some rural addresses.

Click & Collect Monday to Friday Only

You may order online for a Click and Collect service.  Your order will need to be paid through the website. Please provide a collection time and date at checkout. Please understand that we require at least 1 hours’ notice for a click and collect order placed online.
